How to get ripped in 30 days-that's a question many ask themselves. There is good news--it does not take years and years to see results. When you train the right way you will see results almost INSTANTLY.
But only if you train the right way...
What's the right' way? Here are 4 GUARANTEED tips you must implement now.
Most people jump from one workout to the next with reckless abandon. They mistakenly believe the more they do--the more muscle they will gain.
It is true that you need a "full body" workout-but you don't need 20 different exercises to get it. 3 "compounding" ones are all that's needed.
Think about it-when you do a lot many exercises you are nowhere near 100% for the last ones. But if you restrict yourself to 3 you will be far fresher come the end.
Being fresh for every set is how to get ripped in 30 days or less. Your gym friends will think you're lazy but you will have the last laugh.
TIP #2) Rest rest and rest some more
Do NOT go from one set to the next as fast as possible. This prevents you from fully recovering from the previous set and your next one will be done at less than 100%.
The only way to get ripped is to go FULL THROTTLE. I would strongly recommend waiting at least 5 minutes between sets and possibly more. Some top level weightlifters take up to 30 minutes.
TIP #3) Drink lots of water
This isn't technically a "workout" tip but it's critically important nonetheless. Well hydreated muscles perform far better than dehydrated ones.
TIP #4) Stretch AFTER the workout
Most people stretch before the workout but not after. This is a HUGE mistake. Your muscles contract during the workout... and stay contracted for quite awhile after you finish.
They cannot grow until they've been restored to their normal length so if you don't stretch you essentially are depriving them of critical growth time.
Implementing these 3 tips is how to get ripped in 30 days or less. Get started today and you will soon be the envy of your friends.
